Snack smart: Food and drinks are welcome but just be mindful of all that white! Spills? Clean 'em up ASAP, and everyone’s happy. While we're at it, keep your liquids in plastic, k!? I'm always cleaning barefoot in the studio... glass in the foot is always a bummer.

Coeur Creative Studio Liability Waiver

1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Risks By booking studio time, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in activities at Coeur Creative Studio, located at 3209 N Buckskin Rd., Coeur d Alene, ID 83815, and I am aware that there may be inherent risks associated with using the studio space and its photography equipment, props and or backdrops.

2. Assumption of Responsibility I accept full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur while I am on the premises of Coeur Creative Studio. I understand that I am solely responsible for the safety and supervision of myself, my guests, and any equipment or belongings I bring into the studio.

3. Release of Liability I release, waive, and discharge Coeur Creative Studio, its owner, employees, collaborators, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, that may arise from my use of the studio or participation in activities on the premises.

4. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coeur Creative Studio, its owner, employees, collaborators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs, including attorney’s fees, arising from my use of the studio or any violation of this agreement.

5. Studio Rules and Safety I agree to follow all studio rules and guidelines outlined in "The Good Vibes Guide (boring rules edition)." I acknowledge that failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of my rental session without refund.

6. Damage to Property I understand that I am responsible for any damage caused to Coeur Creative Studio’s property, equipment, or furnishings during my rental period. I agree to compensate Coeur Creative Studio for the cost of repairs or replacement if damages occur.

7. Photography and Videography I understand that I am responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for any photography or videography conducted in the studio, including model releases and compliance with copyright laws.

8. Emergency Situations In the event of an emergency, I agree to follow all common knowledge safety protocols including calling 911 for help.

9. Governing Law This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the state of Idaho. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kootenai County, Idaho.

10. Agreement to Terms By booking studio time, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this liability waiver. I acknowledge that this agreement is binding and applies to any pending bookings and all future visits to Coeur Creative Studio unless otherwise revised.
